The NBA playoffs are in full effect and two of the possible sixteen teams have qualified into the next round. The first team to qualify into the elite eight were the reigning defending champions the Miami Heat who swept the Charlotte Bobcats in four consecutive games. Although the Bobcats were unable to win a game they had a terrific season and deserve to keep their heads held high. The next team which qualified was the Washington Wizards who beat the Chicago bulls in four out five games. Both teams played with a tremendous amount of courage and heart. The Wizards and the Heat now have the ability to rest for their next opponents as the other twelve teams continue to compete to reach the next stage.
