Terminal B middle level arrival closed
if you are traveling from Newark airport and flying in internationally be prepared to drag along your luggage long distances to your car. The middle level of terminal B is closed off to all traffic except the taxis. You will inconveniently drag your luggage to the elevator stand in a line for about 15 minutes and take the elevator to the bottom level and than walk fir another 7 min to get to your car.
