The safety of our clients and drivers is our #1 priority. With Corona virus in the news recently, we understand that our travelers may feel uncertainty about their future travel bookings.
To assist our customers better, we at American City Express have cut down the cancellation time to 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for entire New York and New Jersey Metro area starting today and running through April 30, 2020 (after that date we will go back to our standard cancellation policies).
Starting today, February 27, 2020, if you need to cancel your travel , we will not charge you any cancellation charges if cancelled at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pick up time. We hope that this offers you additional confidence while making your travel reservations with American City Express.
