by this morning the southwest jet had been removed from the runway at LaGuardia airport but delays and cancellation still continues. According to flightstats there were about 120 flights cancelled by this morning, but things are returning to normal fast as we speak. the Crews have moved the plane off the runway and both runways at laguardia airport are operating normal. We expect the airport to start operating at full capacity, but dont count the delays out as of yet, we are looking at some major delays due to some thunderstorms activity thru out the day today.
