Yes tonight is the night when they light up the christmas tree at Rockefeller center. The tree this year has come in from Flanders NJ, which had been growing for last 50 years. The tree in New Jersey has survived strong winds from Sandy, and it is good to see that the tree is coming from a state that has been really hard hit with the storm just last month. now the tree will stand tall and lighted for next few weeks. it is a really beautiful atmosphere for all to enjoy. if you get a chance get there and see it for your self, i promise you that the live experience is 100 times better than watching it on the tv
